Triangle pastry served with mixed vegetables, crispy fried onions, mixed with boiled chickpeas, fresh tomatoes, pomegranate and chat masala.


Scallop Kachumber

Devon scallops, tandoori masala marinade, grilled and served on a bed of Kachumber salad.

Shikampuri Kebab

Lamb mince marinated with ginger and garlic, with chickpeas and channa lentils, shallow fried, served with salad.

Stay Chicken

Skewered char grilled chicken served with peanut sauce.

Chicken Tikka Salad

Char grilled chicken marinade with green spice and soft cheese, with red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, lentils and coriander served in a sweet gem lettuce basket. Served with steamed rice.

Stir Fry

Tiger prawn or mixed vegetables stir-fried with cashew nuts, spring onion, ginger and dry red chillies. Served with steamed rice.

Green Curry

Chicken or mixed vegetables in a thick sauce made with coconut milk, Thai aubergine, bamboo shoot, sweet basil and lime leaf. Served with steam rice.

Lamb Rezzala

Medium spiced, slow cooked, diced lamb curry with cardamom and cinnamon served with steamed rice.
